ULTEM 9085

FST (flame, smoke, toxicity) certified thermoplastic, high heat and chemical resistant; highest tensile and flexural strength, ideal for commercial transportation applications in airplanes, buses, trains, boats, etc.

ULTEM 1010

ULTEM 1010 resin offers the highest heat resistance, chemical resistance and tensile strength of any FDM thermoplastic. It is the only FDM material with an NSF 51 food-contact certification, and it’s biocompatible with an ISO 10993/USP Class VI certification.

PC (Polycarbonate)

Most widely used industrial thermoplastic, superior mechanical properties and heat resistant, high tensile strength and can handle high temperatures, handles large deformations without cracking or breaking.


Antero™ 800NA is a PEKK-based FDM® thermoplastic. It combines FDM’s design freedom and ease of use with the excellent strength, toughness and wear-resistant properties of PEKK material.


FDM® TPU 92A is a thermoplastic polyurethane with a Shore A value of 92. The material exhibits high elongation, superior toughness, durability and abrasion resistance.


Greater tensile, impact and flexural strength than standard ABS, environmentally stable (no appreciable warping, shrinkage or moisture absorption), layer bonding is 40% stronger than standard ABS material.


ASA combines mechanical strength and UV stability with the best part aesthetics FDM technology has to offer. Build enduring prototypes to test fit, form and function, or produce practical production parts for outdoor use.


Static dissipative with target surface resistance of 107 ohms (typical range (109 – 106 ohms), used for electronic and static sensitive products, widely used for functional prototypes of cases, enclosures and packaging.


Biocompatible (ISO 10993 USP Class VI certified) material, sterilizable using gamma radiation or ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilization methods, best fit for applications requiring strength and sterilization.
