ULTEM 9085

FST (flame, smoke, toxicity) certified thermoplastic, high heat and chemical resistant; highest tensile and flexural strength, ideal for commercial transportation applications in airplanes, buses, trains, boats, etc.

PC (Polycarbonate)

Most widely used industrial thermoplastic, superior mechanical properties and heat resistant, high tensile strength and can handle high temperatures,  handles large deformations without cracking or breaking.


Greater tensile, impact and flexural strength than standard ABS, environmentally stable (no appreciable warping, shrinkage or moisture absorption), layer bonding is 40% stronger than standard ABS material.


Static dissipative with target surface resistance of 107 ohms (typical range (109 - 106 ohms), used for electronic and static sensitive products, widely used for functional prototypes of cases, enclosures and packaging.


Translucent see-through part material, lets you monitor internal fluid movement or lighting, good blend of mechanical and aesthetic properties, material available in translucent natural, red and amber colors.


Biocompatible (ISO 10993 USP Class VI certified) material, sterilizable using gamma radiation or ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilization methods, best fit for applications requiring strength and sterilization.

FDM® Nylon 12 is the first material in Stratasys’ new family of nylon offerings, complementing the current portfolio of FDM materials and enabling new applications requiring: repetitive snap fits, high fatigue resistance, strong chemical resistance and press (friction) fit inserts.

ULTEM 1010

ULTEM 1010 resin offers the highest heat resistance, chemical resistance and tensile strength of any FDM thermoplastic. It is the only FDM material with an NSF 51 food-contact certification, and it’s biocompatible with an ISO 10993/USP Class VI certification.
