Vacuum Forming is now available through Rapid PSI with the capability of producing 1-2000 parts. Rapid PSI has developed a proprietary form of tooling to assist in a rapid turn around of vacuum formed parts. "Our tooling method is what really sets us (Rapid PSI) apart from the competition." said Paul Britt (President) "Part accuracy is always our main focus...with our tooling process, we can maintain tight tolerances and have a turnaround of days instead of weeks."

Rapid PSI passed its first AS 9100 surveillence audit: scoring 100% with no findings.
AS 9100 is a Quality Management System standard for the aerospace industry. It is similar to ISO 9001, but has additional expectations and requirements specifically for aerospace quality standards.
Rapid PSI will be exhibiting at the MD&M West trade show February 13-15, 2007 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.

Rapid PSI passed the third party certification audit with a 96%. We are the first prototype/low-volume production company in the midwest to obtain the certification of AS 9100 Rev.B:2004 & ISO 9001:2000.
